Highland Family Heritage Day launches HAF 2023
HAF kicks off with the Highland Family Heritage Day on Saturday 23rd September 2023 at Dingwall Academy from 10am - 4pm. This is a free family friendly interactive event where children can learn how to make Bronze Age pots and dress up as marauding Vikings. There is also a programme of talks and many local heritage organisations will be there showcasing their ongoing work. Come along and get hands-on with your local heritage!

Women's Suffrage in the Highlands - this talk is now on 4th October
Boath: 2 Settlements with Corn-drying Kilns - this walk has been moved from 23rd Sept to 30th Sept
Backies Broch Guided Walk on 28th Sept. New meeting place arrangements, and information about reduced rate entry to Dunrobin Castle in the afternoon to see the finds. This is now a Level 3 walk
Viking Silver and Pewter casting on 6th October - this event has now been moved to 21st October
